Terms of Service

Last updated 15 September 2026. These terms govern your use of jollylanes.com and any order you place through it. The site is operated by North Post E-commerce LLC ("Jolly Lanes", "we", "us"), registered at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. We ship to street and P.O. box addresses in the 48 contiguous United States only.

2. Products, descriptions and images

We describe each item using the specification supplied by our manufacturing partner. Screens render color differently, and garment measurements carry normal production tolerance, so the item you receive may differ slightly in shade or measurement from the photograph. If an item is materially different from its description, that is a fault and the Refund & Returns Policy applies.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you place an order. Import duties are included in the listed price. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract forms when we send you a confirmation email.

4. Availability and cancellation by us

Listings depend on stock held by our supplier. If we cannot fulfil an item after you have paid, we will tell you and refund that item in full. We may also cancel an order where the price or description was obviously wrong, where payment is declined, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

5. Delivery

Delivery times on this site are estimates in business days, not guarantees: 3–5 to process and 8–12 in transit. Customs inspection and carrier delays are outside our control. Full detail is in the Shipping Policy.

6. Returns

Your return rights are set out in the Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Your account and conduct

You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the delivery address you enter. You may not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to scrape or copy its content for commercial use.

8. Intellectual property

The Jolly Lanes name, logo, site design and written content belong to North Post E-commerce LLC. Product photography is supplied by our manufacturing partner and used with permission. Nothing on this site transfers any licence to you beyond viewing it and buying from it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or missed events caused by a delayed delivery. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of that state, unless mandatory consumer law in your own state gives you a different right.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the day you order; the date at the top shows when it last changed.
